Jannie Nel In 1991 he was admitted as attorney, notary public and conveyancer to the High Court of South Africa and in 2008 as solicitor to the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Prior to starting his own practice he was employed as Group Legal Advisor at KWV and Legal Advisor at MWeb. He specializes in property related legal work and he conducts the practice of a conveyancer and a notary public. His practice is further of a general nature and he specifically deals with the negotiation of and drafting of commercial agreements, is involved in the field of intellectual property and information technology and intellectual property agreements for clients such as SAGE ERP.
